Warm Words

Last year, my friend gave me your soy sauce as a present. It was so delicious I decided to buy it for myself this time. I am so glad I was able to do so. Thank you very much.

Thank you for providing the new information and the recipes all the time. By using your soy sauce, dishes that had been boring and dull were transformed into new, gourmet flavors! I will continue to use you soy sauce.

We are big fan of Kamada Delicious Soy Sauce!

Our whole family loves Kamada Soy Sauce. Please continue to make this delicious soy sauce.

We were grateful to be able to purchase your soy sauce that we have been using since we were in Japan. I will continue to buy from you and spread the word about your soy sauce to my friends as well.

I always use your soy sauce (all the flavors) on everything! Because of your soy sauce, I have been able to make a larger variety of dishes than before. I tried to order Sanuki Udon on your website but it was all sold out. I was disappointed! Next time I will order further in advance so please have more ready. I am anxious to eat either Sanuki Udon or soba.

Thank you for all your help with my order. I was relieved that you were so efficient and helpful, considering that things often go wrong with packages in the U.S. I can order from you next time with no concerns. Last night I used Ponzu Soy and I was delighted as the flavor and aroma of the yuzu filled the room. I hope that this delicious flavor becomes more popular in the U.S.

I have been a fan of Kamada Soy Sauce for 20 years. My friend used to live where they made Kamada Soy Sauce. It is my eighth year living in the U.S., when I heard from a friend about Kamada America. I ordered right away. Kamada Soy Sauce brings back memories of my youth…I am anxious for it to arrive. When it does arrive, I plan to share the soy sauce with the Nikkei people in my neighborhood. Thank you very much.

More Warm Words

Hi, I have been using your soy sauce since you opened your Kamada Canada office. I am thrilled that you reopened your office in the U.S. I am sure it was a lot of work to fix up your Kamada America office. Thank you for reopening.

I received the soy sauces today. Thank you very much!! My American husband loves the Ponzu-soy. We are going to enjoy them tonight.

We are very happy to have “Delicious Dashi Soy” again.

I have lived in the U.S. for 25 years, but my hometown is Takamatsu in the Kagawa Prefecture. I love Sanuki Udon and also knew of Kamada Soy Sauce. The evening that it arrived, I put the Dashi Soy without thinning it out on my cold Katokichi udon. It was delicious. I told everyone that this is the best way to eat udon. The Ponzu Soy had a good flavor as well. I used it to make “mizutaki”. The sour taste was not as strong as other brands. It was just right. Your salad dressing I have used before as well. It is not too strong, and has a fresh taste. It is exactly what a Japanese salad dressing should taste like.

Before I came to the U.S., I had purchased your soy sauce, and because it was so delicious, I had planned to use it even after I moved from Japan. However, I was very disappointed when I heard that Kamada had stopped doing business in the U.S. I am so happy that you have begun selling in the U.S. again. I am so excited to be able to cook flavorful dishes that I can not make with normal soy sauce or dashi.

The taste of Kamada Soy, which I had not had in a long time was delightful.

I shared my soy sauce with others right away!

I enjoy using your soy sauce. My daughter and I appreciate the taste of good soy sauce and we share our order. Before, we had had my younger brother send it to us from Japan, but now, we are happy that we can order it directly by ourselves.

I used all three kinds! The Dashi Soy was delicious! I ate it with Hiyayakko. The Ponzu Soy was good as well, but I would have liked the yuzu flavor to be a little bit stronger. The salad dressing was okay. It was a little too light, and I felt like something was missing that would give it a more distinctive flavor. I thought that the packages were cute, but an American friend who came to my house asked, “Is this Soy Milk?” I guess it was kind of confusing for my friend.

I treasure Kamada Soy because it gives my cooking such a wonderful flavor.

My child loves Kamada Salad Soy and now eats lots of vegetables.

The aroma of Kamada Ponzu Soy is wonderful and it is so tasty.

I had been buying Kamada Soy Sauce in Japan. Since I came to the U.S., I had been looking for a tasty soy sauce when I saw an ad for Kamada in a magazine. I am delighted that I am able to purchase Kamada products in the U.S. as well.

I shared Kamada Salad Soy with my American colleagues at work and they loved it.

For my grandfather’s birthday party I cooked dishes with Kamada Soy Sauce that everyone enjoyed. I even gave the soy sauce as gifts to the guests to bring home. Thanks to you the party was a success.

I have some good news. The other day I held a sushi making class because I was asked to by a German friend. Many people who liked Japanese food attended and I taught them how to make nigiri sushi, maki zushi, inari sushi, and other kinds of sushi. When they tasted your soy sauce that I had brought they said that they had never had such a delicious soy sauce before. They asked me where they could buy it. Since the people who were in my class are gourmets they were able to appreciate the unique taste of your soy sauce. I showed them a pamphlet that you had sent me and they all looked at it and took down information. They may order from you soon. Maybe it is not too far off that the Kamada name will become know in Europe as well as the U.S.

When I use Kamada Salad Soy, my salads are so good and have a refreshing taste. It is my favorite.

I have been using Kamada Soy for a long time. I had been bringing it from Japan before, and am delighted that I can get it in the U.S. now.

I put Kamada Dashi Soy on udon and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I may become addicted to it.

I had always thought that Ponzu was all the same, but your Kamada Ponzu Soy is different. It is great for “nabe”.

I tried Kamada Salad Soy on a hamburger. It had a fresh taste, and I thought it was better than eating it with Tonkatsu Sauce.

I give your soy sauce as gifts to friends and family.

I received the order I made the other day this afternoon. Thank you very much. Thanks to you, I am able to have delicious meals every day.

Today, I received my order. I am so happy that I am able to enjoy your soy sauce that I have been using since I was in Japan. I will continue to use your products and will introduce them to my friends as well.

I use all of your different soy sauces all the time in all my cooking. Thanks to you, I have been able to expand the variety of dishes I cook. I went to the internet to order your Sanuki Udon, but it was sold out. I was so disappointed! Next time I plan to order much sooner, so I hope that you will have more udon ready. I will be interested in either Sanuki Udon or soba.

Everyone in my family loves your soy sauce! We hopeyou will continue to make your products. Thank you for your delicious soy sauce.

Thank you for your delicious soy sauce. Your recipe page is especially helpful. I hope that your company in the U.S. continues to grow and flourish.

Because your soy sauce can be used simply on everything from yakionigiri to goma-ae vegetables, everyone enjoys my cooking and I am very happy. Is the Sanuki Udon season over already? If you have more I would like to order in December.

I purchased the Kamada Gourmet Set and the Tokachi Soba Set for my mother-in-law this pase Christmas, The pleasant surprise on her face when she unwrapped them, truly one of the best gifts.Thank You, A Happy Son-in-Law.

I received the delicious Dashi Soy Set and Gourmet Set yesterday, on January 12th. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast my package arrived. I was able to easily order by phone through a toll-free number and even with my order of 2 sets, I was only charged the shipping for 1 set. I am very happy with your service. I will be 80 this year, so it is tiring to have to fill out a form to make an order. Due to this, I was very grateful that I was able to order by phone through a toll-free number. Thank you so much.

I would like to order from you again. When I ran out of your Dashi Soy and tried to season my nimono by myself, it was a disaster. I realized how much your soy sauce has been saving my cooking! My middle school aged son can make gyu-don easily with your Dashi Soy. He has been telling me to hurry up and order more. You are gaining more and more fans.

I received my packages. I am so grateful that I am able to purchase them in the U.S., because I had been receiving them from Japan previously. The soba was delicious as well. I am looking forward to trying the udon. Thank you.

Regarding the order form, it is a little confusing with the last name coming first and the country coming before the zip code. Could you please make it a little less confusing?
Due to this complaint, we have updated and created a new order form as of November. Thank you for your detailed suggestions that were right on the mark.

I tried to order the Sanuki Udon Set the other day, but it was all sold out. I was looking forward to eating the udon, so I was very disappointed. Next time you sell the udon set will you please order more so that you do not run out?
We are very sorry. The Sanuki Udon Set was more popular than we had expected, and sold out in 10 days. Next time, we plan to order more so that the same situation does not happen again.

I ordered from you and would like to know when my order is expected to arrive. Please let me know if there is a way for me to track my package.
Starting in January, we will send the tracking number for the package(s) by Email to the customers who provide their Email Addresses only.

In the near future, I would like you to offer new products.
We will do our best to bring you new products!

Today I received my order, but the box was damaged! If it is for use at home, it may not be a big deal if this happens, but it may be a concern if it is meant as a gift for someone. Please be more careful when sending packages. Perhaps, the box is a little too thin. Maybe it would be a good idea to use a thicker box.
Starting mid-March we will use new thicker boxes to send packages!

I have been using your soy sauce since you were located in Canada. When you moved to the U.S., I was disappointed that your soy sauce selection became more limited. Are you planning on selling the regular soy sauce?
Responding to many customer requests, we have begun to sell Koikuchi Soy starting in March 2007. This Koikuchi Soy Sauce made using traditional methods with whole organic soybeans and has a mellow taste and a wonderful aroma.

Last time, I ordered 12 sets of soy sauce with my local Japanese friends and ordered through the internet separately 8 sets and 4 sets. I am running out now and after asking my friends, it looks like the order may go over 16 sets. Is it best to order 8 sets, 8 sets and the rest separately? Or, should I order by Email? Should I not contact you anymore because the order is going to be too large? If you do accept big orders, I would like to order again. Please let me know what is the best way to make my order.
The largest box that we have at our company fits 8 sets. You may order as many sets as you would like in one order, however, when the order exceeds 8 sets, there will be two boxes, if the order exceeds 16 sets it will come in 3 boxes, and the shipping charge will apply to each individual box. When ordering with a group of people, ordering 8 sets, 16 sets, or 24 sets will be the best way to save money on the shipping cost of each set.We also accept orders by phone and by fax.

Are there any places where I can purchase your products in Oregon, near the Portland area? Or at Uwajimaya or anywhere else?
I live outside the city of Toronto in Canada. Are there any stores that carry your products around here? I would like to purchase individual packs, so if there are any places that carry your products near here please let me know.
Unfortunately, Kamada America only does orders by mail order and does not sell wholesale to restaurants. (However, there are instances when customers order our soy sauce and sell it at their own stores. These locations we may not be aware of.)

Thank you for always providing us with delicious soba, udon, and soy sauce. I have American, Tawainese, and Korean friends who like soba and would like to give them your soba as a gift. I was wondering if you could send me an English version of the cooking directions (including boiling time, and how to thin out the tsuyu) .
Currently, we only have the cooking directions in Japanese in the Udon and Soba Sets. However, we will send an English version from our office in Bellevue, WA. If you have any other requests, please feel free to let us know.
