Honey Dashi Potatoes


Ingredient:Serves 2
Potatoes 3
Butter 1 Tbsp
Cooking oil 1 Tbsp
Garlic 1 clove, minced
Less Sodium Dashi Soy 1 Tbsp
Honey 1 tsp
Oil for frying, Parsley as needed
Salt and pepper as needed
  1. Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces (leaving the skin on is OK), fry in oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat A in a frying pan, add garlic and fry until the aroma rises. Add potatoes and B to the pan and coat well. Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
