Fried Cabbage Rolls Ingredient:Serves 2 Cabbage 4 leaves Bacon 4 slices A Ground chicken 3 oz Onion 1/2 minced Grated ginger small amount B Chicken bouillon 1 cube Water 1 1/3 cups C Grated garlic small amount Butter 1 Tbsp Less Sodium Dashi Soy 2 Tbsps Parsley, Cooking oil, Salt as needed Preparation Boil cabbage leaves until they are soft. Knead A together, place one part in the middle of each cabbage leaf, fold in the sides and roll up. Wrap a slice of bacon aound the roll, and secure with a toothpick. Heat oil in frying pan, and fry the rools, and then add B and simmer until they are soft. Place rolls in a dish. Fry C over low heat until the aroma rises. Mix with Less Sodium Dashi Soy and pour over rolls. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
