Layered Steamed Cabbage and Beef


Ingredient:Serves 4
Cabbage 1 head
Ground beef 400g
Salt as needed
Teriyaki Soy Sauce 3 Tbsps
Sesame oil 3 Tbsps
  1. Remove the core from cabbage and microwave the whole cabbage for 4-5 minutes. Combine ground meat with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer cabbage and ground beef, wrap with plastic wrap to keep the form, and place in a steaming basket. Steam until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  3. Cut (2) into pieces and arrange on a plate, and season with mixed (A).
